OUR APPROACH
We use our expertise to manage the initial land promotion and subsequent planning application on your behalf. Our approach is to focus on the design and layout of the scheme to enhance the prospects of planning permission being granted. This includes the preparation of all the supporting documentation and conducting an appeal if necessary.
All associated planning and promotion costs are taken care of by Elberry, meaning there is no risk to you if planning permission is not granted. If planning permission is granted and a buyer is found, once your land is sold we take a pre-agreed share of the profits from the sale proceeds.
